Welcome to the SFCAC.
The SFCAC is a local organization of single Catholic professional men and women. It provides a friendly setting for Catholic singles of similar educational backgrounds to meet and develop friendships with others who share their faith at a variety of enjoyable, interesting and fulfilling activities.
Membership: SFCAC membership is open to men and women who meet each of the following requirements:
•Single
•Catholic
•Free to marry in the Catholic church
•At least 21 years of age
•Four-year or two-year college degree or equivalent or registered nurse
An individual not meeting these requirements can become a nonmember subscriber to receive the monthly newsletter.
Membership dues are $25 a year, prorated during the calendar year only for new members.
Members of the SFCAC live in cities from Marin county in the north in Contra Costa County to the east, in Santa Clara County to the south and other nearby cities and counties.
The SFCAC is a member of the CACI Western Region, which also includes clubs in Arizona, Colorado, Los Angeles, Orange County, Sacramento and San Diego.
Privileges:
The SFCAC holds a wide range of activities for its members: social, cultural, religious, charitable and recreational. The club publishes them each month in its newsletter, The Cable Car Courier. The club encourages members to participate in sponsoring activities.
Members are eligible to attend the annual CACI National Convention, held at vacation spots across the country and the CAC Regional Weekends, where SFCAC members join together with other CAC members throughout the country for an enjoyable holiday.
